Prescription post-opératoire : Cure de reflux gastro-oesophagien (Collis_Nissen)
B26 = X ml/h pendant 24 h.
Perfalgan IV = 15 mg/kg x 4 pendant 24 h
Titration morphine en SSPI puis PCA ou morphine IVSE (selon l’âge) ou Titration morphine en SSPI puis Nubain® IVSE
Droleptan® IV : bolus en SSPI de 20 à 50 μg/kg
Pas de boissons ni alimentation dans les 24 heures.
