B26 = X ml/h pendant 24 h.
Perfalgan IV = 15 mg/kg x 4 pendant 24 h
Titration morphine en SSPI puis Nubain® bolus
Solumédrol® IV : 1 mg/kg X 2 / jour
Rocephine (ceftriaxone) = 50 mg/kg/j en une fois.
Droleptan® IV : bolus en SSPI de 20 à 50 μg/kg puis Zophren® IV : 0,1 mg/kg X 3 /jour
