Prescription post-opératoire : Cure de sténose du pylore
B26 = X ml/h pendant 24 h.
Perfalgan IV = 15 mg/kg x 4 pendant 24 h
Titration morphine en SSPI puis Nubain® bolus ou Titration morphine en SSPI puis Nubain® IVSE
Reprise boissons H4 selon protocole du service
Si brèche muqueuse :
B26 = X ml/h pendant 24 h.

Augmentin (amoxi + acide clav) :
Nouveau-né J0 -J7 = 100 mg/kg en 2 fois.
Nouveau-né J7 -J28 = 150 mg/kg en 3 fois.
Enfant < 3 mois = 150 mg/kg en 3 fois.
Enfant > 3 mois = 100 mg/kg en 4 fois.
Pas de boissons ni alimentation dans les 24 heures.
