B26 = X ml/h pendant 24 h.
Perfalgan IV = 15 mg/kg x 4 pendant 24 h
Titration morphine en SSPI puis PCA ou morphine IVSE (selon l’âge)
Solumédrol® IV : 0,5 mg/kg X 4 /jour
Augmentin (amoxi + acide clav) :
Nouveau-né J0 -J7 = 100 mg/kg en 2 fois.
Nouveau-né J7 -J28 = 150 mg/kg en 3 fois.
Enfant < 3 mois = 150 mg/kg en 3 fois.
Enfant > 3 mois = 100 mg/kg en 4 fois.
Reprise gavage par sonde gastrique à H6
SSPI 24 h + sonde gastrique + ordonnance morphine per os + cliché thoracique de face
